The veterinarian team 🩺
Rafael Guerra Fritsch 👨🏻⚕️
Graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Murcia and Official Master’s Degree in Small Animal Medicine from the same university. He accredited as director of X-ray facilities for radiodiagnostic purposes.
He completed 2-year stays at the Veterinary University of Vienna, where he rotated in various departments such as Anesthesia and Intensive Care, Internal Medicine, Surgery and Ophthalmology of small animals, reptiles and birds. He also carried out stays in reference clinics in Vienna (Kleintierklinik Breitensee) and in the Nexo Menescal clinic in Novelda.
He has been a member of the College of Veterinarians of the Balearic Islands since 2013. He actively participates in the control of feline colonies, carrying out numerous sterilizations and promoting the adoption of rescued animals.
He worked for 8 years in the veterinary clinics of Bunyola and Sencelles +cotas (SERBA). Since 2022 he is co-founder of the Huellas veterinary clinic, in Palmanyola.
His fields of mastery are ophthalmology, anaesthesia and surgery, as well as the management and control of diseases in communities and / or animal shelters. He shows great interest in emerging and zoonotic infectious diseases such as Leishmaniasis.
He can also assist you in Spanish, German and French.
Noemí García Simón 🧑🏻⚕️
Veterinary graduate from the University of Santiago de Compostela.
From November 2012 to March 2013, she did an internship at the Beade veterinary clinic (Vigo) and, later, she worked in the Baldea mobile unit, sterilizing feral cats in Mallorca.
During the 2013-2014 academic year, she completed the “official master’s degree in small animal medicine” at the University of Murcia.
After obtaining her master’s degree, she returned to Mallorca, where she has been working at Bunyola and +cotas veterinary practices. Since 2022 she is co-founder of the Huellas Veterinary Clinic, in Palmanyola.
She has taken different courses (especially small animal dermatology and oncology) as well as attended various veterinary seminars and conferences.
Her fields of expertise and interest are feline medicine, dermatology, oncology and soft tissue surgery.
